uTorrent 1.3 Released

* Added option to enable/disable internal tracker.
* Detect encoding field in a torrent and parse filenames accordingly.
* Support crashdumps on pre-WinXp.
* Added option to sort downloads based on the label.
* Autodetect if the language textfile is utf8 or ansi.
* Rate limit DHT traffic.
* Nicer availability graph.
* Added setting to control how fast utorrent tries to connect to new peers.

I downloaded utorrent 1.3 the first day when it was released. After it settled on my desktop,I clicked it, but it refused to respond.After I tried many times in vain,I had to delete it,very strange,it would not go. Please somebody tell me why and how.
have you tried downloading a new copy?
