uTorrent 1.5 released

And yet another uTorrent release. Version 1.5 has a couple of new features, some changes and a few bugfixes. Rss support is optimized and has some new configuration options. The controversial Protocol Encryption has been implemented, and last but not least, a new “easter egg”.

Can any1 fill me on on this “prioritize the rarest pieces” feature in 1.5? It can be found in the advanced tab, but i have no idea what the best settings are for this…

leave it as it is. that guarantees the best speeds in my opinion.

At least you wont get stuck at 99% then…

I think it is a very good program, right behind my current choice.

Azureus, the only thing I can think of off the top of my head is the tabs in azureus. Other than that I like how small this program is. I didnt actually believe it was already done downloading.

Yes it is good but the only trouble is that it sucks all the bandwidth, so that your browser becomes paralysed. BitComet, is comparably lighter…

You know, that you can easily configure your bandwith, both for up- and downloading? Surfing and uTorrent is no problem at all …
