Applause has to go to the writers for standing up for what they believe in, without them the series would not be made and they showed this with the strike. If 24 was a book then they would receive all the credit, the execs have to realise this.

Sometimes i get an ugly feeling, that right-wingers are correct: that common people will never be able to care for themselves, that we will always need authorities to protect us from ourselves.
