I am someone well aware of the operation of FACT and the Police they use.

Make no mistake this is not about justice when FACT’s goal is to take their adversesy out of business by legal trickery possible worthy of the most nasty of lawyers.

The Police are used by FACT despite FACT’s biased position. They are seen as technical advisers who of course abuse their findings.

The Police are inept towards the technology the need to judge. This is how FACT get their foot in the door. “Look at this it must be wrong” where the Police do not know better.

FACT join the Police on raids. FACT maintain and examine your property even without stated explanation or just reason.

I know FACT well. They said they would return my property if they could keep one object and if I agreed not to sue them for damages. I said “no”

If F.A.C.T are now in procession of the computers, what is to stop them putting a ton of files on filesoups computers as ‘proof’ of them sharing actual files?

The fact police have no clue what bit torrent is, and the same can be said about the judge then they could easily be BS’ed too.

Due to the fact the police can now not ensure the computers can not be tampered with means this should be thrown out of court.
