So the Robin Hood is caught. He should’ve considered his situation before doing these illegal things. Maybe prison would help him with his medications now…

It’s true that he needs to be punished… maybe the jury will pardon him should his medical documentations are legit. I mean, no matter what you do, you cant resort to illegal means to help yourself. It’s just not smart, wrong or not. Now he’s gotta pay for his actions. The people who donated to him actually sabotaged and worsen his ordeal… I do think if he did not receive any donation, he would’nt have uploaded 120 ufc vids…

But he’s not denying uploading the events? What does the rest of it matter? He’s being accused of uploading PPV events. Whether he is ill, or how much medication he’s on is irrelevant. Not to him, of course but it’s not like any of those things actually excuse the law breaking. Which it is.

There are lots of words for people who treat the law as a moral authority, but very few nice ones. Of course it’s possible for something that’s illegal to also be morally wrong, but nothing is ever morally wrong simply *because* it’s illegal.

Why pay a lawyer $5000 just for a retainer?

Just don’t show up for court, it’s a default judgement and when they come looking for money, he’ll have nothing to give.

This is just for show for Zuffa and their lawyers. Looks good on paper too… $32 million lawsuit to scare away others from doing the same thing.

At the end of the day, this guy will pay not one dime to Zuffa and it’ll have been just an exercise for them to flex their proverbial muscles.

I’m not “very old” at 63 I suppose. Sometimes I say things I shouldn’t.

My mood goes up and down depending on my physical feelings. No, I’m not bipolar, but I do have cancer of the pancreas. I’ve been on chemotherapy for nearly a year now and have had radiation therapy as well.

95 percent of people who have pancreatic cancer die from it. There’s nothing special about me, so I tend to be a little depressive about it on occasion. It will be one year since it was diagnosed this mid-June. They couldn’t do anything about it surgically (although I did have surgery to re-route my duodenum because of it).

So far, I’ve been lucky — the cancer is “not active” at this time and hasn’t really spread (even though they originally said it was Stage 4). My oncologist doesn’t like to use the term “remission” because it makes people think it’s cured.

But I’m hanging in there and hoping for the best.
