CAUTION! They are facing the Solicitors’ Disciplinary Tribunal, which is a bit like the Football Association Disciplinary Tribunal. It has certain powers over solicitors, but it is NOT a court of law.

Remember what happened with Crossley and the ICO? Don’t be too surprised if Davenport Lyons are found guilty as f*ck, and get a little slap on the wrist. Same goes for Crossley when he appears.

Cynical? Me? No, just realistic.

Oh this is GOOD!!!

Sometimes we can get sooooo frustrated and victimised simply because the law in place is outdated in relation to the developments in society, technology and ‘the market’.

This is a promising event that holds so much potential to rectify the errors in law and to hopefully re-balance the so-called scales of justice.
