Unverified internal sources have revealed that Demonoid currently do not have any plans of restoring the site back to its functional state. This may be attributed to a few factors that are preventing this from happening. For example, the owner of the site is currently facing legal persecution by the CRIA and the server information of the torrent tables have been forcefully wiped by law enforcement parties.

Well many people use p2p for non copyright materials including myself, I notice that all the major media such and magazines news and newspapers are controlled and propaganda. Even as far as Computer graphics on major networks, passed off as real footage. Major Psi-ops. What’s really happening is a war against freedom of forming a people media, a format where one person can share with millions in a few days or weeks, For example while the pirate bay has 15 thousand dollar software programs available, a torrent about a truth the world elite are trying to hide gets deleted in 15 minutes, like the torrent that was upped about the “truth about aids”, that is is not caused by sex or hiv. Hiv is harmless: the doctors drugs like Azt is what kills you or in Africa its malnutrition and dirty water, not hiv. this torrent was deleted from “the censor bay” in 20 minutes whereas all the copyright material in the world is allowed to remain. Nwo fears p2p as a method of information liberation and sharing, not copyright infringement. Thats just a distraction issue. Some of you all should get off the bandwagon and learn whats really going on in the world. Get a 101 in conspiracy “theory” or you will never see past the social conditioning and propaganda brainwashing. Good luck to all. cheers!!

Demonid is off-line but the tracker Is still working fine. There is however a banner on their opening page that states that they are having legal problems. I hope they persevere!! I have enjoyed many hours searching through their torrents and I have retrieved an intellectual wealth that I would not have otherwise been able to afford. I have also made contact with many wonderful people who have been absolutely eager to help me with a problem are just have a pleasant conversation. People who produce intellectual property deserve to make money but on the same token that intellectual property is the stuff that makes the world go around. Why should it be the exclusive right for the richest and the brightest people? I think that what really is the perversion is the fact that today there is a lot of garbage being produced and put on the market for the sake of the sale. And when the bubble burst the same people who are making millions upon millions of dollars are crying the Blues that they’re being cheated by the relatively small minority of people who download. Check out the statistics.

I would like to know how they were threatened to block CDN Traffic.

There are many Sites hosted in Canada and have not surcome to the same as Demonoid has.

I believe the trail from leaseweb followed them to Canada as I know for a fact there is nothing in the law here that could force them to block traffic as We host quite a few Big sites and have never had even 1 report of issues. Yes we get letters asking to shut this site down shut that site down but until the Supreme Court of Canada says its illegal Moxie will never hand over any information and or hardware We will go belly up before we do. Its just sad how some of the ISP’S Here in Canada and USA rather kill a client off then defend their client. I believe there is more going on here then anyone is being lead to believe.

As someome who had up’d more than 1.8TB worth of my stuff, I am really glad that there looks like there is some light starting to show at the end of the tunnel. I for one took great pleasure at sharing what I had in my own personal library, which I paid for, as well as giving back what was so freely given to me. Unfortunately, I just had to format my HD and no longer have my torrents, but hopefully if and when the main Boss of all Bosses comes back, things will still be alive and well. I can’t wait for the fun to begin again!!!!
