It’s his policy, he was quite clear that he would take down files just because a site that violated his trademark linked to them.

And your defense of him is pathetic. He said that he was protecting his trademarks which is even more pathetic than the MAFIAA protecting their copyrights.

No one needs conman Kim to protect them from themselves.

Really? Megaupload cooperated with taking down illegal files. In fact it did something no other file hosting services have done – it offered the MAFIAA direct access to delete files.
Now back to the mega topic. Do you think that now if mega disables any file deletion functions, it would put it into good light? No! At least mega is doing something better than other file hosters – it offers fast download speeds to free users (rather than 150kb/s limit) and attempts to encrypt files and users.

Stop burbling about the one incident. Have legal files been taken down recently? For someone who values people’s privacy, he doesn’t want the files and keys appearing on a massive search engine like Files Tube

Mega was a total disapointment for me … Nothing like I imagined it to be…
Even perfectly legal files are being taken down… Site acts more like it is a slave to the MAFIAA ….Kim Dotcom– U totally disappointed me,guess i shold have never expected so much from the creators of megaupload…..Never thought Kim Dotcom would be subject to the copyright troll….
Mega was a mega failure as a website…
