They can go F@#$ themselves. American courts have ZERO jurisdiction in Australia or over Australian courts. All they can do is hire a local legal team to prosecute and currently they would have zero chance of success. Or what will they try and do? Get an extradition order? No Australian court would grant one based on such a frivolous issue like downloading a movie years ago.

Australia is not a litigious society like the US is. An Australian judge would most likely throw a case like this out. It would be extremely difficult to prove who actually downloaded the film. Was it someone who had access to your WiFi? A visitor to a party you held? A renter of room in your house? Go and try and prove it. People here in Australia get off speeding tickets that are caught on film because they can argue successfully that it wasn't them and no one can be sure. Hell even murders get off here Scott free. So if these muppets think they have got a chance, they can go lick my hairy balls!!!

Everything is fre on the net. It will be that way foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr you cu@#s in Hollywood. What are you goign to do you dumb cu@#s, imprision 80% of the worlds population? Fu@#en hilarious!!!!

TF stop giving these stories oxygen because they have no chance in doing sh@#!!!

And if any ISP tries to block shit, hello VPN for $100 per year and the problem is solved permanently!!!

who cares if they have or not, they will never win against you in court, an IP address doesnt mean a person.

you had your wifi open, you had a back packer staying with you, you had a big party on that weekend. The excuses are endless.

Im with TPG as well, not worried in the slightest. Ive never downloaded anything from bitorrent with a VPN.

In my opinion if is decides to pass customers details. Should be penalise. Internet exists only because we users subscribe to it. What would happen if a lot of users will disconnect internet from homes. ..? Who is the boss. I believe they work for me not I'm working for isp. What you think?

I find it interesting that Australia's 3rd largest ISP, TPG Internet Services Pty Ltd wasn't listed.

As a customer of TPG, I'm already aware they forward on DMCA complaints to subscribers, so does this mean that TPG have happily handed over the addresses and other personal information of TPG subscribers to Voltage Pictures?

My name wouldn't be in there anyway, I have never torrenting anything using my actual TPG IP (VPNs)
