he’s a thief, stealing all it’s releases from the real teams (DiAMOND,DONE,NeDiVx etc.) and reencoding all of them to fit on a cd… LAME !

actually axxo torrents are crap. the bitrate is sub-par and the sound is shit..like mp3 quality. they might be compact, but that’s because the quality isn’t great.
1. HE is an excellent publisher, all the moaning of one CD lower quality can actually be just the people from “other” publishing groups, making everything fir on one CD takes so little of the movie quality and sound that there should not be any complaints.
2. Making a torrent “higher” quality that would be around 1.38 -> 2gb is plain darn stupid, you will have a higher frame rate witch your eye can’t really see, and sound witch you can’t really say better, maby… louder for some sound cards but than again if you can’t hear it you must be deaf so what you really should do is get subs.
3. I saw some complaining about the software he uses “3 click woalah”, what do you have against that, you might know to use gordianknot or whatever program but in the end it comes to this: You will get the same quality bit rate and sound, the difference is that 3kilks is 3kliks and gordianknot is not 3kliks… also gordian will after the devastating not so needed settings render a bit faster than some other software…
4. Everyone here bringing publicity too p2p community should pretty much stop doing so, EU is a nice place to be but we already had those residents of “free” country flying over in their private jets, telling us what we must or must not do, the problem with this is that we EU don’t really want to start a war with FC freedom just over p2p, so we listen but not taking to much attention, not doing so might lead to big political problems witch could make those neet fat stealing but still ok presidents of our countries face some problems…
5.a I’ve also seen someone having a problem with Holly@Woods movies that we download so here’s a tip for the guy: this is where we download those movies, also there aren’t many options, asian cinematography is great but it is hard finding a release of their movies witch is not synced or has subs, zee germans have a couple of nice movies not much to human liking (just keep it real no pun intended), from France we have “renaissance” (i’m speaking for the last few years don’t go into those good old french movies… others have some interesting films not really worth watching…

If you browse closely thru the torrents provided will find at least 85% of these movies has really good quality, take for eg. the new release 88min or any other great movie, so don’t put our or your taste for movies or music to test, that isn’t really a good discussion subject because not 1 “pretty” in this world is the same “pretty” to another man.

Yeah, but some pirates like me are cheap - hence why we pirate, and although DVDs are cheap, CDs are cheaper still.

What aXXo is doing is not illegal. Legally you may add a torrent without the intent to distribute. However, one may not control or possess future knowledge that another will download the material. AXXO does not MAKE anyone download anything. So why does he do it? To help stop illegal P2P downloading, to help developers find ways to stop such activity by exposing it.
You may give someone a gun but you do not make them pull the trigger.
In the same way, police officers do the same thing all the time; it’s called entrapment. They setup a scenario which they know someone will take something, but no one HAS to take anything, nor is there an internal or external force which FORCES anyone to take from it. Therefore all responsibility lies upon the individual who acts out in the illgeal manner.
