Azureus reaches milestone

The popular BitTorrent client (2 million downloads a month) Azureus just released version 2.5.0.0. The new release includes some great new features.
To list a few:
send a friend (screenshots)
Reduced CPU usage
Auto upload speed
Ability to best guess folder you want to save torrent data to based on existing torrents
Ability to rename the displayed title of a download

  • Ability to rename the displayed title of a download

    • Azureus received commercial funding last month to support the “content layer” where commercial downloads will start to appear. The content layer will probably be implemented in version 3.0.0.0.0.0
