You don’t think Bing et al all monetize it’s user base, stores search data forever, tracks and exploits it’s global users, ranks (and censors) its search results based on advertiser revenue and DCMA takedowns respectively

That’s the job of any search engine.

If you don’t like google tracking you, install Ghostery. I have it running on all of my machines (including the chromebook) and use a VPN so that any tracking that is done uses an IP that is not yours.
