There has been a “study” about BitComet > 0.9 and it found that it has just poor upload-slow control and nothing of the roumors is true.

If somebody things he is fair by banning User-Ips apparently running BitComet than that person is not very much informed in general. Every 24h the ip CHANGES, at least in very much countries.

Also, someone who used bitcomet ONCE has perhaps changed the client…and is now “banned for life”.
IP filters are not that relieable anyway though they offer certain protection.
