It offers a huge 3 terabyte library of content with downloads completing many times quicker than those from the banned networks.”

That’s a minor DCC+ (sic) network by university standards. Perhaps the MPAA/RIAA are unaware, but at the major universities (and I’m thinking of a couple in particular) 100mbps access to over 40TB of data is not uncommon.
