It’s already happening now. But finding a good stream is very hit or miss. Not to mention since the stream is being broadcasted from one server, at a specified time, all the copyright holder needs to do in order to shut down that stream is to attack that server.

Once everyone is simultaneously a server and a client things start to get a lot more difficult to shut down.
