People keep ranting about how “private” trackers are the safest and best…..but here’s proof that they aren’t quite bulletproof…..yet.

The way i look at it is this, in a big city (big tracker) there are more targets (file sharers) so it makes it harder to target.

On a private tracker, you basically pigeon-hole yourself….especially if the private tracker delves in illegal piracy (which one’s dont? lol).

Enforcement court are those people that takes care of the non-criminal acts here in Denmark.

We got the normal police taking care of robbery, murder ect ect and enforcement court to visit ppl like in this case.

But what I dont get is why he let the lawyers in, the law in Denmark says that the police and enforcement court can access your home, but rest have to be invited, and the police and enforcement court can only enter if they got a court order, I would just have closed the door in their face after the enforcement court man got inside. And if he cant work a computer or don’t have a man with him that can which has to be an employee from the enforcement court then tough luck

just get a job to keep this site but not donation from ppl cuz u still getting paid if u using netload, depositfiles, etc… for premium program and earn money so rapidshare doesn’t do it anymore… just exchange or add more months for your rapidshare that’s it. so i don’t have to ask ppl to pay me no damn donation for servers… there’s lot of sites do that so i can pay some forums… not all forums that ask u to be vip cuz it’s enough for me. i already found useful forums to download stuff anyways.

That would be useless or only work for the first one to try because they would just insert the complete drive into another system and attack it from their own fully functional OS and a truecrypt version without this option.

Also you might be accused of destroying evidence and only the White House in US gets away with that.

Fake password to format drive would do fsck all: Takes 10 minutes to get the partition back…

However, shredding the partition table on the ecryptfs file to-be-mounted and the wrapped passphrase would do the trick (The data is encrypted anyway)

Just make sure your root account has no password or they’ll just switch user and read your stuff anyway :)
