The way i look at it is this, in a big city (big tracker) there are more targets (file sharers) so it makes it harder to target.

On a private tracker, you basically pigeon-hole yourself….especially if the private tracker delves in illegal piracy (which one’s dont? lol).

Enforcement court are those people that takes care of the non-criminal acts here in Denmark.

We got the normal police taking care of robbery, murder ect ect and enforcement court to visit ppl like in this case.

But what I dont get is why he let the lawyers in, the law in Denmark says that the police and enforcement court can access your home, but rest have to be invited, and the police and enforcement court can only enter if they got a court order, I would just have closed the door in their face after the enforcement court man got inside. And if he cant work a computer or don’t have a man with him that can which has to be an employee from the enforcement court then tough luck

The man from ‘enforcement court’ is probably from the authorities (don’t know Denmark situation).
But how is it possible for private parties to have a search warrant ? Especially lawyers from the ‘future opponent in court’ for something that is a civil case. Or if its a criminal case then only the police should have a warrent backed by evidence or at least reasonable suspicion ?

There is already a site with a lot of information on the ACS schemes. Would be good to know more about why lawyers (multiple countries) are allowed to invade homes to gather so called ‘evidence’ ? Maybe something to research for an article ? (i know you can’t do all, its only a suggestion)

Those served with a “Section 49″ notice have to either make decryption keys available or put the data in an intelligible form for authorities. Failure to comply could mean a prison sentence of up to two years for cases not involving national security or five years for those that do.

A Section 49 request must first be approved by a judicial authority, chief of police, the customs and excise commissioner, or a person ranking higher than a brigadier or equivalent. Authorities can also mandate that the recipient of a Section 49 request not tell anyone except their lawyer that they have received it.

They can try guess it, but they probably won’t be successful.
