You’ve got a US based company now owning some large public / semi-private torrent sites with the explicit intention of making money from them. There’s gonna be demands for DMCA takedowns and demands for filters.

Remember Grokster? No profiting from piracy if you’re encouraging it. load up any of these sites and the front page is full of pirated stuff.
