That’s a pretty big “if”, and you shouldn’t be counting on that if anonymity is important to you.  That, plus you will have to pay for a Dropbox account if you plan to download files of any appreciable size, means this is only “free” for casual BT users.  Better to invest in an anonymous proxy service.
