@18: you’re completely correct!

Problem is that the government has no advantage is checking if BREIN is actually using legal methods to find illegal sites/content. But since the government has absolutely diddly-shit knowledge of IT, they assume that all evidence from BREIN is 100% correct.

Even to such an extent that if BREIN were to forge evidence and put it to court, the judge will probably buy it and order a hostingparty or site to comply with BREIN’s demands.

Would be extremely funny to host some illegal content, leak details to BREIN and appear in court with a little group of highly-skilled “admins” to counter any method of BREIN to the fullest extent of Dutch law.
