to DHT. So I think using the “search only” DHT mode in Tixati it is
similar to turning DHT off completely.

If the ISP is large enough it only gives a general location which could include many cities.

If they’re on the consumer grade package, (sometimes you can tell by their reverse DNS hostname) then maybe we could contact their ISP and let them know that their network is being abused for financial gain and terminate their account(s)
