we are involuntarily evolving as a society. the paradigm of instant gratification, coupled with the digital replication era (soon to be joined by the physical replicators!) has brought us to the bleeding edge of civilization quicker than anyone imagined (i’m looking at you, singularity theorists).

we have obliterated the “percieved value” in some goods, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. this is the ultimate, and ultimately painful, path that we must cross as humanity into the next realm of civilization where the term scarcity will be mostly found in historic archives.

for all u assholes that think that torrets are stealing ur wrong its sharing and only becomes copyright infringment when make a profit off of it for example if i have a copy of codmw3 and burn the disc 40times and sell them for half what the store sell them then yah that is pirating but if i if i burn it just so me and my friend can link up on lan and have some fun then thats not bad i dont see a moral issue with that the us goverment just has to have their nose in every damn thing cuz we think we run the fing world thats y the ruskies banned all us ips lol cuz they kno that our goverment is full of pricks. also with most torrented games u cant get online with them hell most of them u cant get online or play over lan there are some that u can but most of those u cant play on offical servers so in order to play online u have to spead hours screwin with it so u can actually get online or lan shit sometimes just to get them working at all then u have to scearch the net for someone who has a dedicated server running all the time and if u do find them theres unbeliveable amounts of lag or limted features or only like 2 servers to play on and u need a passwrods or their allways full. truth is when u download a torrented game u get an updated version of the game in other words ur not getting the same product that the company made but something that someone else made so again its not stealing cuz someone paid for it and then used their creativity to make it different and why i say different is because just about every torrent has some added file or something changed on it just so it functions correctly. to make a long stoy short ur pretty much downloading a prolonged demo(again because not all features are available which is what demo freekin means not the whole product) and aslong as ur not making money on it its not bad well if u dont have a vendors permit(yes in the us u need one we are that anal about controling everything) so tom u can eat a dick and die because ur an idiot along with all u other pricks that support mafiaa its not data theft either cuz the data belongs to the person that bought the product and they are the ones giving it out not the company that made it so again all u that support the mafiaa are stupid fags that are pissed cuz they cant get laid. thank u and good night

So if I listened to some music from a friend, and I was able to do a “copy” of it from reel to reel, like it’s been around forever….I’m stealing right? Also, if I recorded off the radio that’s freely available, I’m still stealing right? I go to a friends house and he let me have a game I wanted to play, it’s still stealing right? I wanted to share my movies with my friend, I’m still stealing right? Now, if I wanted to do all those things and uploaded to the world for them to share with me, are you stealing? I thought I bought those already? If I never known of an artist and discovered one, why would I want to go to a concert to an artist I never heard of without you sharing with me? I guess I’m just not getting the point…..
