I think what you’re saying is even though MP3 is lossy, humans can’t tell the difference between it and FLAC which is really saying they can’t tell the difference between MP3 and PCM either, and sampling rate and bits/sample are more important. Which is fine.

But then why go on to say PCM is somehow better? It’s not.
