canipre is a untrustworthy company, I think if canipre trys to take take
any canadian to court with the intent to make even a penny! Steve Houk

what i like to know is tek savvy is getting sued by them
why only is this isp getting targeted

and not rogers or bell getting sued

its not illegal to download in canada at all

its the uploading that is illegal

now if there a way to encryted everyone upload
then no law suits would happen
or better still everyone share using pgp keys
