Most people are binge-watching over Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon. A couple torrents a week would barely make a blip.

I was issued a copyright alert for uploading 650kb of a 1.4gb file that I was connected to for 4 minutes. And I strongly suspect even that 650kb (representing <10s of content) wasn't uploaded to a monitor service, since it was a known company and I was running an up-to-date PeerBlock. In other words, a copyright alert is far less of an indicator of infringement than any other previous method of accusation.
