1. The message say … “a copyright owner has sent Comcast a notice claiming your
internet from Comcast was used to copy or share a”…. when is Comcast that
monitor it.

2. Comcast say its to reduce the piracy. This system comes as another control to reduce the internet traffic of a company after the company has some difficult with the FCC after the company limited the torrent traffic.
