This involves 1000+ people that don’t all live in state in question, So this Judge made a ruling that effects people that don’t even live in the DISTRICT the judge is a judge of. Plus the fact all the ip’s were seen on torrent over a 5 month span, can’t prove all of them or even any of them were ever on the torrent at same time, which is a requirement for class action status, that most judges want.
