		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m sure the reason these subpoenas were quashed is due to the nature of the names of the titles of the content being shared. If Disney wanted your info because you downloaded Mulan they would probably get it simply because you won&#039;t likely be tempted to settle out of court before even being named to the case, regardless of guilt. Things get a little less defensible when the title of title of a film is potentially so embarrassing that a JDoe will consider settling out of court, even if verifiability innocent, just to avoid being named publicly as the defendant. ]]></description>
