Judges in such civil copyright cases have limited power to punish such people but what they can do is to recommend further action to the DOJ.

So the correct question to ask is when is the DOJ going to act against Prenda? Either they love their copyright trolls and do not want to see the infringers win or they just wait for the shit pile to build up so Prenda has no option but to drown in poo.
