Most pro-copyright court decision come from a court in Hamburg, which is the reason why the MAFIAA always files motions there. In this case, the motion has been filed by the attacked site and they were smart enough to do it at a district court in Berlin.

You kidding? Even with an old array of cells, those batteries give way more than 20 miles. The problem is that just as the 200-mile+ cars get developed, they get shut down as a threat. Killed in the womb so as not to grow up into a threat for Gasoline manufacturers. Same reason diesels are only hybrids on trains or the like.
