The European Court did NOT overturn the guilty verdict that was given by the Swedish Court and therefore the guilty verdict stands even if you disagree with the guilty verdict and no amount of what you or anyone else says with regards to saying that the court system being bribed will ever overturn the guilty verdict. Tell it to a judge about the court system being bribed because telling me about it isn’t going to overturn the guilty verdict and it never will.

TPB stated that DMCA did not apply to them because it wasn’t Swedish Law and they were still found guilty for non compliance among things.

Also, I have seen on a torrent site that is hosted in Russia that has a DMCA notice button for rightsholders to report infringement and yet people would say that DMCA isn’t Russia law.

The point is that if there was a DMCA button on the site then it will be harder for rightsholders to say that the site doesn’t comply with infringement takedown notices and so it will be harder for the site to be sued for non compliance unlike TPB who blatently touted that they don’t comply with such thing.
