@rob8urcakes this isnt a lawsuit. Also I do not think “your experience” goes all that far.

This doesnt seem to have anything to do with copyright and if he did break into MIT’s network then obviously there is a crime here. Most of the time I do not understand the righteous indignation from most of you when stuff like this happens without even a cursory understanding of the facts. As for the jury is still out.

The fascist arm of the US gov’t that’s clearly so out of control now, sees itself as a force for good and nothing will stand in their way – no senator, congressman or parliament at home or abroad.

They’re on a mission, and they will stop at nothing and listen to no-one in achieving that mission. Who the feck gives them those mission parameters is what the US politicians now need to look at quickly and VERY seriously.

There’s too much abuse of power going on in the USA and they’re exporting said abuse Worldwide too. It’s GOT TO STOP because we demand progress, not fascism.

Duke, you clearly wrote that as if all these allegations were fact and true. lol
In my experience there’s often exaggeration, inaccuracies and profound errors of fact contained in such lawsuits.

Try writing the same comment, but assume ALL the allegations are false or in error my friend.

since 911 this country has gone crazy, under the pretense of tougher laws to protect the american people we have lost more rights and freedoms and have to worry about the law checking us out without a search warrant and being able to stop the internet and looking after the big business interest. granted that the data was replaced after he got it but i can see that maybe he went overboard with what he did, but they are gonna push this to do two things, one is get rid of him and discredit what he does and the second to make an example out of what he did and what it could get you.

it would not surprise me to see that you have to start carrying papers to travel and show who you are, as i know now in the county that i live in you now have to show you are a us citizen to get a car tag starting next month, can you believe it. they use the excuse of the illegal aliens ting but its just the start folks.
