What I have doubts about is the reliability of the evidence coming into the Police from such as FACT. In other sorts of case, the Police would do their own investigation, after the initial complaint. There are rules on how evidence can be gathered. and we know now how much that private detectives have acted illegally: who has been working for FACT? Can a court trust them?

I am no longer certain I can trust the Police, things have changed a huge amount since the days of a Village Policeman, but FACT doesn’t even have Dixon of Dock Green to flatter their reputation.

yip i agree there asdad my friend the USA isnt exactly a small country & theres some real bad asses there too so the police need to do what they do just to survive the day. i aint sticking up for them as in any country you have corruption amongst the ranks but i dont envy them either having to go out every day & dodge a bullet. thank god we dont have the 2nd amendment here in the uk its bad enough with our own coppers shooting the wrong person but i hear you & agree 101%
