Given that Will.I.Am and Black Eyed Peas do not allow their work on Pandora or Spotify specifically because they don’t get paid as much as fans purchasing tracks I don’t think it’s very likely that they changed their mind for the Mega service.

It’s not hard to see why: would you rather make $7000 per million listens (average for Spotify) or more than $2 per track on iTunes or traditional distribution.
