I see it more the case that some people want to see the bad guys punished where the rules preventing this is only a hindrance. So a Judge ruling no fatal problems here is just setting up this claimed bad guy to be shipped off.

Keep in mind corrupt and bribed Judges are a well known social concern which is why all Judges income if not expenditure is open to public inspection. Judges are also paid a high wage to avoid the need for more but any judge known to accept a bribe would be fired and jailed.

Anyone trying to bribe a Judge should remember perversion of justice and contempt of court.

I really have to call into question the wisdom of KDC posting that beyond stupid video (below), to his Twitter account before his NZ Supreme Court appearance. I wish him good luck in trying to get the February Appeals Court ruling overturned, but this video doesn’t help to portray him as a responsible business man, family man and private NZ resident, seeking redress after being egregiously wronged by this terrorist level raid, but makes him look like a spoiled teenage gamer, especially in the alternate ending, where he say’s “say hello to my little friend”.
