It’s perfectly legal in the US. I only know the name of one store/brand offhand that has done so regularly in recent years (Abercrombie & Fitch), but even back in 1980 there was a sexy underwear ad with a 14-year-old supermodel (Brooke Shields) saying “you want to know what comes between me and my Calvins?
