Like they said, drag your folder/file, press F12 and drag to the thing on the RED CIRCLE side, not the side when you put your info in. Usually it will show you a (+) which mean you are doing the right thing. After that the torrent file will be on your desktop. @Yissa: then use tranmission to download I have used it, working fine for me.
