The exe file in the patch won’t open up. can anyone help?? i really wanted to try this patch!

I guess for those who know how to to repair could give a try. Seems many possitive feedback it works.

I have the same problem as a few others. I double click the EXE and nothing happens.
wrks fine scanned with kaspersky antivirus suite its clean =)

hey I tried this patch after I read all the good reviews compared to the bad reviews and theres a lot more good than bad.
I used the patch and its totally ruined my download speed gone from around 15kb/s down to 0.5kb/s
can anyone help or know why its had an adverse affect on my speed

i tried to patch tcpip.sys and it is telling me thats its going to change from the 200 half open limit back to 10

well, for me i dled it, installed it and uninstalled and reinstalled, (long story,) and now instead of 1 kbps im at like 30 and up, WOOOOT! MUGEN CHARAS HERE I COME!
This patch is actually quite stupid, if u really did get a virus through MSN or summing else then u are really in trouble cos the virus will be pumping through your system like sh*t.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ‘TCP Optimizer’
which is much safer, FREE, and it made my speed triple.
