If you don’t like torrents try MP3 Fiesta. They hold nearly 67,000 albums from nearly 17,000 artists. Prices are around the $0.10 mark for single tracks with full albums coming in at roughly $1.00. Tracks are available from 192kbps and they take major credit cards and PayPal

Computer n00bs. This isn’t a virus, and its pretty common knowledge that this is a real issue with Windows XP. If you don’t know enough about your computer to figure this one out, you probably shouldn’t be using BTanyways…your the reason BT’s are full of shit now. Thanks!

^^Agreed, post 146. From reading this shit, you people are some undecided species and it’s a wonder your parents MADE it so far up the food chain.

^ agreed as well, there are loads of things that bullshit virus programs detect as viruses, but any ideas on how to do this in vista? do i need to manually modify the file or something???

Are you kidding! Shut the F up to the morons calling this a virus or spyware. When you alter a Windows system file Bill Gates crappy software detects a change and comes up with an alarming message. Simple, turn off windows file protection. Also your antivirus sometimes behaves according to windows, just ignore it. The TCP file limits the number of connections to 10 and this opens it to 50. When in dougbt Google it. If you don’t get that, go back to a pen and paper.

McAfee says it contains adware or spyware WHY MIGHT THAT BE?

It saves a copy of the original TCPIP.sys file under TCPIP.sys.original so if you want to replace the altered file that’s where the original is.

how to download the patch

171 Dec 06, 2007 at 02:19 by doug

you people are fucking moron’s. First click on the file on the top of the page. Save it then open it. If your virus software says it’s a virus its wrong. Time to upgrade to a new antivirus like nod32.

My reccomendation is don’t install this patch. I treid it a couple of months ago and still have been unsuscessful at repair my home based network. When the patch alters TCPIP.sys sure it may increase your torrent up/down ratio, but is that worth no longer having a network printer or Home based network, you see NetBios over TCP will be removed and there is no way to override even after successfully uninstalling the pach through the dos prompt, reinstalling tcpip and even changing values from (o) to (1) in the regsitry for NetBios. Straight up garbage! Your only hope is to fommat! A system restore cannot complete because tcpip.sys is so screwed up after this patch. If you are viewing this for help it’s too late my friend either buy a wireless printer for you other pc’s to at least print through or format. Such Is live. These guys in germany with this patch are out of their minds! Total Scheiße
