Have you ever consideded that if you are downloading at unlimited bandwidth and limiting your upload YOU are the reason the torrent is slow. The swarm depends on everyone pulling their weight and not leeching or it slows down. Heck, I've even heard of trackers that limit the info they send you based on an optimistic algorithim that factors how much you are sharing versus how long you've been in the swarm (neat idea as it limits leeches to slower dls without effecting those more willing to "play well with others").
