The language you use is quite clever. First sentence you state that we have no desire or will and also no skills. Second sentence you reinforce that sentiment with the accusation of cowardice. Then the third sentence you claim a personal victory for absolutely no reason at all. Fourth sentence you aim the arrow at our defenses and hit the target (in your mind that is) in your last sentence. I’ll quite happily admit no skills in running a proxy though I’m sure that is not a reason to feel stupid or powerless. I don’t use a VPN but I do have to access TPB using a form of proxy but I’m not hiding or running mentally or physically to do it – nice physical imagery from you but not a true representation. If you need a victory go ahead and have a victory but I can’t see you’ve actually been victorious over anyone but your own needs. I know I don’t need proxies or VPN to access iTunes and Amazon and obviously you also know that – so I imagine you just wanted to tell us about the alternatives we’ve already thought about and made a decision on.

I think we may safely say this is someone who doesn’t question much, likes a solid behavioral safety zone and has a deep need to believe in the law. Blue pill drip feed since birth.

I didn’t read your post fully, whilst you can certainly use TOR to do the actual P2P it is frowned upon by the TOR community at large.

The network is slow already, please don’t use P2P over Tor unless you plan on donating server bandwidth back to the network. That is all.
