I am going to remember the name ‘Alec Dumas Fetty’ as that of a self-important asshole who doesn’t believe people will like his work enough to pay for it without the threat of lawsuits hanging over their heads. I will remember the name ‘Alec Dumas Fetty’ as denoting extreme artistic insecurity, which almost certainly is associated with incompetence. I will remember the name ‘Alec Dumas Fetty’ as the name of someone whose work I never want to support in any way.

Considering, based on the image supplied, they apparently used the proper title in the 23 November document, they may be able to argue some kind of good-faith error excuse for accidently using the wrong title in the 19 December documents. The titles are rather similar, I could imagine someone quickly doing a spell check and not really paying that much attention to the results could accidently change re-animation to resurrection. Though in typing that out, Chrome’s spell check isn’t yelling at me for re-animation (thought the hyphen might cause issue).
