Recording the MAFIAA or PIPCU would be just the same I would expect. Recording the police and such is perfectly legal in the UK at least.

Imagine once the rights and legal bods on the internet got to see their tactics, they would probably pull them apart for being not legal and once it hit the mainstream media, they would have to stop doing it ;)

Then the name of the game becomes who can outlast whom. “Piracy” has stopped, but the movie theaters are empty, and no one is going to iTMS or any other “legal” outlet to buy music, TV, or films. Cancel the cable service, too. Just shut everything down except the internet itself. Let’s see who blinks first. (Sadly, I think I already know.)
