Agreed. This is pathetic! A 15 month suspended sentence for insider trading which is a crime for profit, but 6 years for non-commercial file sharing of 18 tracks. What the hell is this world coming to?!?

Moral of the story: If you have enough money, you don’t have to do jail time. Even if it’s for a crime, like insider trading, that can affect countless people.
