AT&T DSL used to block certain types of web services. I switched to Google Public DNS and that was the end of their blocking. Windows users get Dnsjumper. But your ISP will still know your up to something.

they cant win they are just grasping at anything they can…
you know everything is being monitored as we know, but i just came to the conclusion i`ll just keep on doing what i`m doing and not even worry about it…some will say thats stupid, but as stated on TF previously when you start hiding your activities you raise that ominous red flag…screw that i say and just raise the pirate flag instead!!

But this is what they need… Blocking websites is 75-90% effective in preventing piracy… That’s what MAFIAA researchers found out anyway…

Just wait till they force sites to go onto the darkweb… Then the clueless politicians will get all confused when the TLD isn’t .com, .net or one of the other familiar addresses & they can’t open it on their browser… “huh, the website must have gone offline already.. One issue down, let’s see who else is trying to bribe – er contribute to my re-election campaign”

This is a dumb move. They need the ISPs to work with them in helping to stop illegal copying. If they turn the ISPs against them they won’t get the help they need.

Yes that is entirely true. What is also true is that the legislators DO NOT UNDERSTAND that what they are doing is just that.. And the previous generations don’t acknowledge it either. “The internet has nothing to do with the real world”. Well.. F them!

the sheeple have lost all interest in protecting their own freedoms, and have become complacent, distracted and apathetic. every year, it seems more and more citizens across the globe become less concerned about what’s happening in their own communities, and more interested in posting selfies on facebook and instagram. sadly, it IS the people i blame for the massive government oversteps, for it is the people who have traded their liberties and freedom for the false sense of security their governments provide. and behind that false security, which most people receive with blind appreciation, is an agenda of control. my faith in the people is less than the government tyrants who rule them.
