I agree that the ratio system is probably too constricting to use it for everything, but it might be valuable for choice things, and its a good step on the path ahead. Thanks to the developers.

I guess running this will mean you can't really be accused since there is no way of knowing if it was you downloading but one can still get targeted and if anything turns up when the police seize your equipment...
