Hiding behind ‘privilege’ in this instance isn’t permitted because no-one was asking for details of ANY investigative processes. Randazzzwipe knows he fucked-up BADLY by deliberately lying to the Court about GTru’s involvement and he’s now WRONGLY trying to hide the true facts using this age-old right of privileged info.

But the simple fact is he’s incompetent and his recklessness has SERIOUSLY jeopardised his client Liberty Media/Corbin Fisher. What any true Randazzwipe would do of course.
