Fair use LAW states I can make a backup of any MEDIA I own… That includes Audio CD, Data CD, DVD, VHS, Cassette, Blue-Ray, HD-DVD… ANY media… Secondly, the RIAA, has no authority over anything legal. Everyone wants to make the RIAA out to be the DEA. Congressional authority to music? Don’t think so.

Stopping someone from making a backup of media that they have PAID for is OBSTRUCTION OF THE LAW, and therefore punishable!

RIAA needs to be sued for making frivolous lawsuits.
