We already are preparing protests or at least a complaint to the highest court. This law does not change shit because the scheme is still valid and functional. They grab your IP and boom... have fun proving to them that you did NOT download anything while not having access to their data. They can dictate their "clients" and will have to increase the number of "infringers" just to increase "profits".

Nothing new here. Just old bullshit with the intent of forcing people to pay for shit they don't want. Let me tell you we have LOTS of such fees in this country (GEMA, GEZ, VGW etc.). It is all bullshit when you break it down but with the shift in demographics and certain monopolies on the internet infrastructure change is not expected for this decade. Unless of course yet another law gets passed and makes everything worse. That is why people are sticking more and more with file lockers.

However I heard that there is a big debate about streaming videos and grabbing them via third party services (youtube streams captured from the cache or copy protected rmvb streams from our TV channels xDDD (who nobody in their right mind should watch for all the fucking propaganda). Thing is that owning pirated content is legal but "transfering" it is NOT. Thus they are out for blood with each and every streaming site and even third party add-ons.

We got our hands full with copyright and privacy invading bullshit over here at the moment. It is really a mess with all these senile fucks currently in the grasp of the elections... whatever comes out it won't change nor improve anything.

Because we do not repsect our constitution and let people sit multiple times in the head seat if we cannot find suitable candidates (it happened a few times already and it was always the same party Christian Democratic Union).
Both major parties right now offer NO ALTERNATIVE what-so-ever. No point in voting anything.
The result will then later get discussed and summarized by some faggot in a news studio and people will blame political failures on whatever they come up with.

According to the German text only local courts can hear the case. In other words, no more sueing at courts known to be MAFIAA friendly. The court where the putative infringer lives must be used... GOOD!
