How many of the top artists say that they have been influenced by others work, should all of these artists be paying the original creator as they are using what they felt from listening to others content to make new content.
Seriously i dont care what they say if someone takes a riff from a song and uses it to create something new that should be fair use, so should just changing the words of a song, as long as it is more than 80% of the words that are changed. Damn i would be proud to have others use my work to create something big, it would give me the opportunity to create something even better, by suing some of their ideas in my next release which could then be a big hit.

If they dont want to have fair use then they should take a case to court and demand that there be a change in the law not sue everyone that uses their content to create something new.

If by 92.5% he means p > 0.05, that means that it’s generally thought to be statistically insignificant.
