just use Opera for torrent sites all you have to do is enable Turbo at the bottom left and the blocks go away,

you do not have to like Opera just use it to bypass the blocks with out having to look for proxy’s that may not be safe

Again, you miss the point. There is no indication of NEW torrent users suddenly appearing. What you get at best is the existing traffic to some sites ending up at other sites. Net, overall, there is no sudden positive spike in users looking for torrents.
